Date in Asia - Korea

Korea is a great place to date in Asia. There are many possibilities out there for western guys to find a good partner in the "Land of Morning Calm." While Korea might be known as the "Land of Morning Calm", it says nothing of the night time in cities like Seoul and Busan which are anyone but calm. Nightlife in Korea is all about going out, drinking and having a good time; and, it is the exquisite way to meet a girl.

When I first came to Seoul two years ago, I had a preconception that Korea would be very customary and meeting Korean girls would be a bit of a problem. While sometimes that is the case, there are many more times the occasion to find a date. Korean women are for the most part very open to meeting a western guy. They have been watching American Tv their whole lives, and some have industrialized preference and curiosity for western males.

Japanese School Girls

The one inescapable drawback is the language. Growing up, I'm guessing not many western guys from Canada and the Us had the occasion to learn Korean and will not know any upon arriving in the country. This will narrow the field slightly, but fear not, there is good news.

Korea is growing fast, and so are the numbers of English speakers. Korean girls start studying English in elementary school and many of them have a firm grasp on the language by the time they are in their 20s. These women would love to get a occasion to custom their English. Even if they are not concerned in dating you, more times than not, a friend of theirs would like to.

Aside from the normal women people having decent English skills, there are inescapable places in the city where English is very base and women going to these places are there because they like interacting with foreigners. It gets even better, women arrival to these places typically speak fluently.

A third option for men wanting to date in Korea is a bit trickier, but will pay off loads in the long run is studying to speak Korean! This is a lock and will give Korean speaking foreigners instant passage to the whole population. While it will take a few months to begin to get a cope on the language, it's value cannot be overstated. studying to speak the local language is very consuming to women!

7th Grade Science Fair project Ideas

7th grade science fair scheme ideas are likely more complex than the projects you've done in old years. The science fair at your school is likely more contentious for your age group and there's a good occasion your peers will be putting a lot more time and attempt into their projects than they have in old years, so you'll want to do the same for your 7th grade science projects.

One sharp idea might be to see which type of cheese mold will grow on the fastest. This is a great scheme because it's interesting, but still fairly simple. Someone else idea for a scheme might be to see if you can grow a plant without soil. You can try placing seeds in discrete things such as a wet paper towel, grass clippings, coffee grounds, etc to see if they will grow. Be creative!

You could find out whether the nearnessy of smoke in the air affects plant transpiration. Maybe you could look into whether or not there is ever acid snow, we all know there is acid rain, but what about snow? You can find this out by testing the Ph level of the snow and comparing it to the Ph level of acid rain. Obviously this singular scheme only works in the winter months. There are many great topics out there for your 9th grade science project, it's just a matter of seeing one that interests you, researching and testing it out and presenting it in a professional manner.

Dressing Kids A-La Japanese Style

Japanese fashion is huge in any place in the world. This is probably because of the prominence of Japanese culture, spilling out even outside the land of the rising sun. It's not surprising that Japanese fashion has influenced kid's clothing here. What is surprising is how thorough the Japanese style is for children of all ages and sexes.

So how can you dress up your kid's Japanese style? Simple: use kid's clothing pieces that mirror the country's fashion sense and use Japanese fashion practices as applicable to kid's clothing.

Japanese School Girls

One of the base practices in the country is layering. Many citizen verily think that Japan is big on showing skin (perhaps due to the movies and cartoons they've seen from Japan). But this is plainly untrue-Japanese culture, in general, cultivates timid, prim and proper, and very formal people. Naturally, this is a view you'd want to use for kid's clothing.

For instance, get kid's clothing pieces such as jackets or vests and scarf to complement a Japanese-influence shirt (basically, any shirt with bold prints). This is thorough as a kid's clothing ensemble while fall, when the weather is cold adequate to merit layered clothing but warm adequate not to certify a thick coat.

Layering can also be used for girl's kid's clothing, although parents should try to keep it down a notch when it comes to accessories. Japanese girls can big on accessories. But if you're trying to layer, especially for kid's clothing for girls, you want emphasize specific Japanese or Japanese-inspired pieces rather than bury it surrounded by numerous layers of clothing.

A good example: for girl's kid's clothing, dress your kid in an oversized sleeveless plain top underneath a sleeveless dress to generate a easy layering ensue that's both cute and elegant. Top it off with a hat and a easy necklace.

Another surprising trend: Japanese style has a lot of formless clothes. A amount of the dresses for Japanese girls today are oversized-barring the creative prints, they can look like sleeping dresses. This is a look that wouldn't be a hit for youthful girls. For toddlers and pre-teens, however, this Japanese trend is excellent for kid's clothing, especially if you're veering away from the overly sexualized fashion choices ready today.

Floral prints are also big in Japanese fashion. This, of course, is great for girl's kid's clothing. Dresses with leading floral prints are girly adequate for girls of all ages. And since floral prints are universal, you do not run the risk of dressing up your kid too differently. Floral dresses are excellent if you're going for something easy and not too busy (layering can produce that "too much going on" effect). Lolita- and Victorian-inspired dresses are nice too, as they work quite nicely as cute girl's kid's clothing.
The key to achieving the excellent Japanese style kid's clothing is choice.

The current trends in Japanese street fashion today verily mirror some of the styles that are current and chic in America. For instance, Japanese boys also use fitted jeans, a piece of clothing that's trendy here. With kid's clothing, you can afford to be a little off from the current trends in Japanese style. Be a little creative with the prints you use and the footwear you buy. You can also compensate by using bold accessories. Use big bows as hair accessories for girls, for example.

That can construct the wholesome awareness of sex. In the meanwhile, because the construct and style are fashionable, school uniforms satisfy people to pursue beauty. With the improvement of fashion and society, school uniforms transform constantly.

Japanese School Girls

Thirdly, because of the diversification of sales and well sales condition, linked products bring economic advantage to society. Uniforms are designed and made by specialized manufacturers. Once the construct is finalized, then uniforms will not turn for many years. The symbiosis in the middle of schools and business are stable.

Therefore, to manufacturers, these uniforms are one of the main sources of income. In up-to-date years, school uniforms became popular dress. Many girls will wear uniforms after school or in weekend. A shop which is celebrated for selling fashionable products catches this opportunity. It begins to sell silk ribbons which are suitable to match uniforms. That will bring economic advantage to this shop. Tattoos-Popular Tattoo Designs for Girls

Girls are all the time request me what tattoos they should get or what I think are the hottest tattoos for girls. Unfortunately there is no clear cut acknowledge naturally because there are as many distinct types of tattoos are there are girls. What one person might find sexy another might reconsider unattractive or very unfeminine.

Certain styles of tattoos might not suit the image you want to project. For example inescapable work environments may not accept very illustrated tattoos even though tattoos are becoming more and more accepted. It may be wise to hold off getting that sacred heart tattoo emblazoned across your chest if your boss is going to flip out if (s)he sees it!

Japanese School Girls

So in saying that what I hope to do in this short article is offer my insight and experience within the tattoo manufactures for the past 9 or 10 years and point out the current tattoo trends and what the most popular styles of tattoos are for girls. At the end of the day you want a tattoo that has lasting appeal and not a tattoo that was done on a whim. If I give you some good ideas for your next tattoo all the better...

Trends come and go. What was cool ten years ago is no longer cool. In the nineties inescapable types of tattoos such as cartoon characters like Betty Boop, barbed wire armbands and dolphins were in. Seeing at them now they appear very cheesy and basic.

Tattoo art has come such a long way in the past few years even. inescapable styles of tattoos have become perennial and have risen to a point where they are getting the respect and acknowledged they deserve for their intricacy and artistry.

Styles as diverse as Japanese tattoos, Indian/Hindu tattoos, Anime, traditional American and Floral designs are raising the bar higher and higher and becoming increasingly popular.

Alongside that is the fact that citizen are starting to see their skin as a human canvas and not just settling for random tattoos located haphazardly on a part of the body that is hidden. Nowadays more and more girls are getting larger tattoos and more of them.

This may elucidate the popularity of Japanese tattoos. In traditional Japanese tattoos each character has a meaning and interacts with the other tattoo designs as part of the whole.

The same is true for traditional American tattoos. Previously what were once done as personel tattoos from disparate elements of American culture are now being woven into an organic and is more like a story unfolding.

Top Five Most popular Tattoos for Girls

Irezumi - Traditional Japanese tattoos - More and more girls are request for large tattoo designs such as koi fish, dragons on their hips, back and arms.

Traditional American tattoos - Old school 'Sailor Jerry' tattoos and images such as superior American cars, pin-ups, swallows and maritime stars are becoming more popular on girls chests, abdomen, back and legs.

Floral tattoos - So many girls are getting flower tattoos as full sleeve tattoos or outside their whole back or legs with floral designs. Flower tattoo designs such as lotus flowers, peonies, orchids, chrysanthemums and flowering vines are the most popular.

Anime - Japanese animation has become weighty and doesn't show any sign of disappearing any time soon. As a follow Anime tattoos have become popular in the past five years or so. The only risk with Anime tattoo is that unlike other styles will probably age much quicker even though it looks great now.

Indian / Hindu tattoo designs - Like aged Indian texts and spirituality being rediscovered by citizen in the West since the 1960's it has been reflected in the interrogate for Indian tattoo designs. They say all things old become new again.

Finally the most foremost decision is not to get a tattoo on a whim or pick a tattoo that you think is cute or trendy. Give it a lot of thought. Good art should last. Think of Mona Lisa's smile...

Dating gorgeous Asian Women - How to effect With Japanese Girls

If you're curious in dating beautiful Asian women, join the club. But one thing you need to first understand is that there are dozens of distinct Asian ethnic groups -- Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean Girls and Thai, just to name a few. And there are some subtle (but important!) differences in the middle of these distinct types of Asian women.

Knowing these differences can mean the divergence in the middle of blowing your chance, and landing the beautiful Asian woman of your dreams!

Japanese School Girls

In this report I want to focus on Japanese women. The "stereotypical" Japanese woman is soft-spoken, timid and subservient. Her main priority is serving and pleasing her man.

That's the stereotype. Now let's talk about how Japanese girls categorically are. The "soft spoken" part may be true when you're in public with her. It's not in a Japanese woman's nature to confront or consider with you in front of others. They would find this deeply embarrassing.

Behind done doors, however, you will categorically know it if your Japanese girlfriend is upset about something. So don't think for a occasion that Japanese women are weak and submissive. They can be very strong-willed.

However, they Do expect you, as the man, to be the decision-maker in the relationship. This is one of the fundamentals of dating Japanese women.

This attitude is distinct from what most Western guys have been conditioned to believe. They think they're being diplomatic by always deferring to women and request for their opinions on everything. "Are you free to hang out this weekend?" "What are you in the mood to eat tonight?" "What do you feel like doing?" Etc.

When you're dealing with Japanese women, you've got lay out the plan. This is what she expects of the man in her life. So, when request a Japanese girl out, be specific about the plans: the day of the week, the time, and the place where you want to bring her.

When the midpoint guy tries to ask a girl out, it ordinarily sounds something like this...

"If you're not busy this weekend, maybe we could, um, hang out and do something..."

This will ordinarily backfire with Japanese women. They are practical people. They want data that they can base their decision on. By trying to ask her out in that vague manner, all you're doing is confusing her. Are you suggesting that you want to meet her on Saturday, or Sunday? In the daytime or in the evening? Where do you want to take her? How should she prepare and should she dress casually, or formally?

By request her out in a vague, wishy-washy manner, you're only going to confuse her and turn her off.

(It's also foremost for to "be the leader" when it's time to seduce her! She won't make the first move. But if you've gotten her attracted to you, when you do make the first move you may be pleasantly surprised at how eager she is for sex.)

Another tip: Being on time is very foremost to Japanese women. Japan must be the most organized, productive society in the world. When you walk around Japan, you will see how obsessed they are with punctuality. Train and bus departure times, Tv show listings, and other events are scheduled right down to the exact minute. When you ask a Japanese man for the time, they won't round off the number and say "seven-thirty" -- they'll tell you it's 7:27. And in Japan, if you arrive even one petite late for work, you'll need to fill out a "Late Form" that gets submitted to the boss.

So, there is no such thing as "fashionably late" in their culture. It's not like in America, where women think nothing of showing up to meet you 15 or 20 minutes late. Arrive late to a date with a Japanese girl, and she'll think that you don't care about her and don't respect her.

A few other things to know about Japanese girls:

Japanese society is based on conformity.

A beloved expression in Japan is, "The nail that sticks up gets hammered down." In other words, citizen who don't conform to the "correct" standards of society -- whether it's the way they dress, the grades they get at school, or how they achieve at work -- will face a lot of pressure and public difficulties. Sure, Japan has its share of rebels, but the vast majority of the citizen spend their lives doing what they can to fit in and go with the status quo.

When students in Japan enter junior high school (or even elementary school), they are required to wear their school's uniform. Coloring your hair is forbidden, as is wearing earrings, jewelry and makeup. These rules loosen up when a young man enters college. This is their time to be free and "find themselves." But once they graduate college and enter the work force, the need to conform is stronger than ever.

And so, when you're interacting with a Japanese woman, don't ever make fun of the "conformist" nature of her society, or try to convince her to "go against the grain" and do what she wants with her life, regardless of what her friends and house might think. This won't score you any points. Although you might think Japan is a society of like-minded robots, afraid to think for themselves, it's also the speculate why it is such a very industrialized country with a high level of public harmony.

Unlike in the Western world, you don't see a lot of anxious, depressed citizen in Japan. By going along with the flow and doing what is unbelievable of them, Japanese citizen feel a sense of purpose and contentment.

Japanese women are commonly seeing to get married and play the "wife" role.

In Japan, women don't start seriously dating (or sleeping with distinct guys) until college. Due to the accurate nature of Japanese parents, they plainly don't get the chance to. Once they're in college, however, a lot of girls enter into a duration of liberation and experimentation. (You can have a lot of fun with Japanese college girls, if you have passage to them.)

Once they graduate from college and enter the workplace, the outlook of most Japanese women is that they will work until they get married. Then, they will decree into their domestic duties-managing the household and raising the kids. Most women will quit their jobs as soon as they find a husband, or after they come to be pregnant.

Although women have gained more proprietary over the years, the workplace in Japan is still very much a "man's world." Men commonly believe that women are powerful for basic desk work and not much else. There are few opportunities for women to expand in their careers, and if they were to climb the corporate ladder, the Japanese men in the business would feel threatened and not want to take orders from them.

For these reasons, even though there categorically are Japanese women who would like to have big-time careers, it's just not worth it for them to try to buck the system. Plus, they see the brutally long hours that the men have to work. A regular laborer is going to put in a 50 or 60-hour work week, easily, and that doesn't contain all of the "drinking meetings" they go to afterwards with their coworkers and boss.

As a Japanese man, you can't bow out of these after-work boozing sessions if you want to get ahead in the company. If a woman were to attend these sessions, she would probably be demeaned and harassed by her drunken male co-workers.

So the women figure, why bother with all that crap? They're seeing to land a good husband as soon as possible. After marriage, some women will work part-time jobs in fields that interest them. But trying to expand straight through the corporate ranks is incredibly difficult for them, if not impossible.

Japanese Women Have A "Ticking Clock"

In Japan, women are thought about "old" by the age of 30. It doesn't matter that modern medical technology enables women to have children well into their 40s. In Japanese society, there remains a very negative stigma for women who are in their 30s and still unmarried.

If you're seeing for a serious girlfriend or wife, the best age group to target are Japanese women in their late 20s. Chances are, they are hunting for a suitable man -- and they're going to judge you by your "marriage potential," rather than by your looks or anyone else.

Here is something else that is foremost to know: to Japanese women, marriage isn't necessarily about seeing "true love," or fulfilling your romantic destiny, or having the big, expensive fairy-tale wedding (which has come to be absurdly foremost for American women). It's more about two citizen who like each other deciding to make a commitment to each other and going straight through life together.

This doesn't sound as romantic as the Western ideal of marriage, where it's all about "true love" and "soul mates"-but then again, around 60% of marriages in the Western world fall apart. Lust doesn't last. Japanese citizen know this, and advent it in a more practical way.

For Japanese women in their late 20s, dating becomes a serious pursuit. They might ask you questions during a date that makes it feel like a job interview. Don't get freaked out by it. She's trying to decree whether you can financially withhold a house in the future; if you are loving and protective with your own family; and if you have the inherent to be a good husband and father.

If you're dating a Japanese Girls in this age range, she's sizing you up in terms of your husband/father potential-and if she's still hanging around with you after a few dates, it's because she thinks you have this potential. If she decides that you don't, she is likely to break off the association with no explanation.

imperceptible - Not Cyber - Bullying in the School: Part Iii - The School Bus and the Classroom

This is the third in a series of three articles associated to invisible Bullying. We refer to it as invisible because it is happening virtually within 25 feet or less from adult supervision and it is going wholly unrecognized because the supervisors are often on a wholly different "wavelength" from the students they are supervising. Like the adults in the Charlie Brown specials, they are invisible to the students and speak a different language.

We refer to this as Decontextualized Supervision, and although it can preclude seriously bodily harm and make sure citizen get exterior in a natural disaster and enounce normal law and order, it does nothing to aid the victims of bullying during the school day. We spoke in Part I of the bullying that occurs in plain sight in the school hallways. Teachers, before you punish a child who is continually late to class automatically, will you please look at that child and ask yourself if this person looks like a person intent on beating the ideas or one who person intends to beat on. If you are not sure, err on the side of caution and begin with the assumption that the child is purposely taking the long way to avoid hallway bullies that he or she dreads having to pass each day- because they are indubitably lurking out there- even if you don't see them.

Japanese School Girls

In the cafeteria, what do you reason when a kid shows you his new social Studies Book with a piece of pizza smooshed in the middle? If there are kids that always go to help the librarian instead of going to lunch, does anyone ask the child why?

More children than you would think dread walking in the hallways and going to the cafeteria because of the constant abuse. Yet, for us adults, most of the time we glance into the cafeterias or down the hallway, and all looks fine to us, except for possibly a limited too much noise. Which group- the kids or the adults have a mistaken impression? Which group of citizen is out of touch with the realities of the situation? Which group is working with no contextual backdrop? As a supervisor of students, what skills have you developed beyond manufacture comments like, "Keep it down you people, or else!" "If I have to come down there you aren't going to like it!"and, "I want the both of you to knock it off or you will be finding me for detention for the next week!" When you said that last one, was it indubitably an even battle, or might person be the constant perpetrator?

So, we have spoken about the hallways and the cafeteria as being dreaded places for many young people. Next we will talk about the school bus, and this of course, includes getting on and off the school bus at the starting of each day- other big reason for latenesses to school- an endeavor to avoid the gauntlet!

The law asserts that the school is responsible for each student who is portable to school from the time they leave their house in the morning till they return. That, of course, is ridiculous because we have adequate to worry about in the construction and since administrators are not indubitably like the assistant significant in Ferris Bueller's Day Off- running all over town chasing citizen like idiots, to expect the school to police someone's road for the thugs that dwell there is very unrealistic. That being said, once again the bullies are at work at the bus stop in the morning terrorizing the weakest kids. Is anyone surprised that most new Elementary & Secondary schools are being built with pick-up lanes and older structure have changed the traffic patterns in the parking lot for the cars of parents who drop off and pick up their children each day? 15 years ago, kids whether walked to school or rode the bus, with very few parent pick-ups Overprotective? Tell it to the parents of children undergoing this terror every day. Additionally, even the students who are not bothered have learned early on to keep their mouths shut lest they be next on some bully's "Hit list".

An added qoute is that, in a school district where the citizen is sparse, there is only one bus run and all the schools in the district start and end at the same time. This means that your kindergarten child is on the bus every day with high school students, hearing all of the jokes, the verbal and bodily abuse, and maybe even providing the bullies with added easy targets for money, pencils, pens, markers, as well as abuse.

Another qoute that nobody grasps is that almost all school districts, in an endeavor to covenant out for all together with teachers, have done away with their busses and hired an independent contractor. The job of bus driver now is taken by person happy to work part time and with no idea about discipline codes of the school and the disciplinary process. We recall one situation where a bus driver blared a radio the entire ride to and from school with religious music. other driver curses and swears at the kids who are experts at getting an untrained adult to "take the bait" and lose their temper. In a school bus, citizen are hit, kicked, spat upon, verbally, assaulted, groped, propositioned, denied seats, their books and belongings are tampered with, they are tripped, the abuse folks, is endless. Occasionally you can see a story of a parent who, fed up with the school's process, takes matters into her own hands and enters the bus to confront the bullies. Attention you professionals- this is real stuff- we aren't manufacture it up, and it is torture every day for children that nobody in the school ever hears about, and the driver cannot be predicted to see since his or her eyes are on the road. Occasionally, an untrained bus driver will try to set up some kind of exact seating, and often they operate, like the supervisors in the school, with incomplete knowledge of who the culprits indubitably are or they wholly ignore the bullies in the hopes that nothing big will happen that day. The truth is, nothing indubitably noticeable ever happens when a adult watches, yet a girl could still be having lewd remarks about oral sex whispered in her ear, or a kid could be getting touched in some inappropriate way or having person tamper with their violin, and no adult can see it and no one dares talk about it. The students law of Omerta- is even more iron clad than the Mafia.

I bet you think this is all exaggerated- I mean, really, it can't be that bad can it? After all, I work in an upper middle class place that fancies itself to be like a incommunicable school. Please, we implore you school people, make friends with the students who operate on the dark side. They will enlighten you as to the goings on in their world that you don't see even if you are finding in the right direction. Well-to-do students can be as cruel and heartless and, in our experience, often even more so than their less fortunate counterparts- and the parents of these children are much quicker to threaten bringing in the "dream team" of lawyers as opposed to working with the school to enhance their child's behavior.

Now we switch to the classroom where one would think that law and order and the stoppage of bullying would be the easiest to achieve because there is a confined area with a teacher watching. Here are some examples of how children can be bullied in plain sight right in the classroom. I take you back to 1965. We are in the band room of a suburban high school where the morning rehearsal is taking place. A very overweight Japanese boy was the tuba player. At least twice a week, the bullies, of which the writer was at least an encouragement to the bullies would have him kicked out of band custom for passing gas out loud during the rehearsal. When the loud gas-passing sound occurred, everyone in the section would get up and walk away yelling, " Ugh, Benny (his nickname) that's disgusting", "I'm not sitting near him", "he's a pig", etc. This would happen during a pause in the playing and the band director's Attention was diverted. The band director, ever the willing dupe, went for the frame up and would angrily toss Benny out of the rehearsal. The qoute was, Benny was not passing gas- one of his tormentors was manufacture the gas passing sound, and when it was made, everyone in the section joined in the social disgust at "Benny" passing gas. In an assembly, when there was a lull in a speech being given by the significant about patriotism, this writer, seated halfway back in the middle of a row, got up to use the lavatory. A "friend" yelled out, "This is boring, I'm Leaving!!! everyone in the auditorium immediately looked at me and I stood there trying to tell nobody in singular that it wasn't me who said that. I got detention for a week and worse, of course, since it was still the sixties, even more when I got home.

That is one kind of dilemma. Here's the next one. A student punches other student in class or pushes his books off the desk for example. The victim, tired of the constant abuse that has been going on every day decides to confront the bully. The teacher turns nearby from writing on the board, sees the victim standing up in front of the bully in a confrontational pose and immediately sends the victim to the office for his/her aggressive behavior. Do you know your students? After the first few days, any experienced teacher already knows, whether by sight, or straight through the grapevine, which student requires constant scrutiny. When the bully is sitting there finding innocent and a non bully is striking an aggressive pose, do you think that might be a good time- or possibly after class, to delve into the story with greater intellectual curiosity? The bullies, friends, know the precise occasion to strike. As a teacher, do you pay Attention to who is going to the lavatory and the time the person always goes? You are right, it's an impossibility for the most part. Know that abuse is occurring in the lavatory constantly. Creating a process which disturbs the process of the bullies is a good thing, but a teacher must be aware of the context. False equivalency where both parties are told essentially to "sit down and shut up- both of you!" is hurtful to the one who was not doing anyone in the first place, but it does bring order, if not justice, to the classroom. Call some Moms and invite them in to sit with their child throughout the class. When the grapevine learns of what you did, most citizen will stop their devious actions because the shame of one's mom sitting in class next to him or her will be a adequate deterrent.

How about the locker room? How about students paying other student money to snap a photo of person in the locker room changing clothes and having it go viral? Tampering with one's clothing and belongings, stealing, bodily abuse, verbal abuse is occurring all the time in the locker room and the teacher is generally sitting in his or her office or waiting for the students in the gym. Yes, we realize that the school district refuses to hire anyone past a half day because then they have to give the person benefits, but if there is any place that needs constant watching it is the locker room. Do you have any idea how many students never dress for gym in the high school, selecting instead to take an F and then take bodily schooling in summer school where they are required to, for example, walk nearby the construction each day or swim, or go bowling?

Finally, you have all heard the adage, usually said in jest that, "You just can't find good help anymore!" Well that adage is true in the world of substitute teachers. Most schools cannot find adequate trained teachers to serve as substitute teachers. We have seen substitutes indubitably sleeping in class and others who smell as though they have never showered. Most commonly, however, the substitute teacher seldom, if ever is indubitably certified in the area of the person he or she is replacing. Now you have a situation like this... A student who strikes other student is seen by the substitute teacher who asks, "What is your name young man?" "Joe Smith!" answers the student.

Bullies love substitute teachers because to begin with, they don't know anybody's name. Add to this the fact that the new teachers we see today are different than the old timers who saved up every day so when it came time to retire, the retiring teacher could accumulate full pay for a year or more. Today's teacher misses school for the slightest reason without any regard for 30 years from now. The result- infinitely more days with substitute teachers coming in when they can be found.

The week after Thanksgiving is Christmas shopping week, for example- don't look for a full staff in that week! When substitutes can't be found the regular staff is asked to watch the class during their duty free duration or whole classes are sent to the auditorium where adults who would rather be somewhere else are assigned the task of watching the students during a duty-free period. Check the floor of the auditorium after a concentrate of mass coverage classes... That will give you some idea about the passion that the supervisor is bringing to the task at hand.

In summary we make these assertions and offer these admonitions.

Most of the bullying that occurs in schools occurs in plain sight and goes unperceived by adults because the adults cannot conceive of such a thing happening in such a place. They advent their responsibility with no grasp of context. They are good at retention the noise down. No justice can be predicted here for the victims. The many plans by reasoning health expert and counselors are doomed to failure without a grasp by the adults of the world in which a student operates. There is no actual safe place in the school from a bully. The busier the place the better. Bullies need to caress some pain and disruption of their process. Be creative. Get Mom in there to walk next to Junior all day for starters. Machiavelli would have referred to this as a "Signal Example"- the ensue of which is to deter hereafter bullies- it's the reason that the law considers punitive or exemplary damages- to send a message to hereafter would-be wrongdoers. Take a close look at students who often miss school, are late for school or class, never dress for gym, or never go to the cafeteria because they want to help a teacher. Do all of these citizen indubitably look like problem makers trying to beat the ideas thus deserving of letter- of- the- law school discipline or do they give off a different message? Have a meeting in August with all bus drivers to account for to them how the disciplinary process works so there might be a shred of consistency in the middle of this disparate group of individuals, most of whom think school discipline would be no qoute if the administrators would just "kick a limited more butt." Nobody told them that this kind of punishment is generally against the law- and educators do not make the law- politicians do- educators just try to carry out the law. Have incentives for teachers who do not miss any school days. At least they know the names of the students. The bullies hate that! Take the time to compose a working connection with students who are usually on the wrong side of the discipline code. Many of them are dying to talk to an adult about what is going on but no one has ever taken the time. The police always have their informants who operate under cover. Have incentives for these individuals too. The ensue will be to disrupt the plans of the Bully. You will know, for example, when person has brought a weapon to school. In one district, we excelled at this. Kids were always coming in early to tell us things. They became very caring too and would alert you if a definite student looked "strange" that day and could be on drugs, or drunk, for example.

We guarantee that you will be amazed at what you, the adult, did Not know about what was indubitably going on- even if it was hiding in plain sight. Bullying is never going to go away. Schools are a microcosm of the community we live in. How civil is that community these days? A look at the embarrassing behavior of our elected officials should contribute you with some clue as to how fast bullying will disappear. Creativity, perseverance, and awareness are crucial to manufacture any changes in the status quo- get some parents and kids on your side as well.

Imagination Is The extreme competing Edge

Panasonic and Sony recorded expansive losses and decreased their nearnessy in the global store quite rapidly. There are some reasons for their setbacks. Media focus on the unsuccessful competition with such emerging rivals as Korea and China, but this does not touch on the most significant part of the problem. The real problem with their disastrous results can be attributed to the lack of innovation. Japanese electronics giants failed to create new innovative products, placing too much emphasis on building high-quality and high-performance products at as low a cost as possible.

This is totally the Ptolemaic theory that preaches, "The heaven goes nearby the earth." That is, the underlying idea is that producing high capability products at a very competing cost will be warmly appropriate by Japanese consumers and all consumers on the earth alike. This is the self-centered viewpoint of Japanese companies. The Ptolemaic theory should be replaced by the Copernican theory that preaches, "The earth goes nearby the heaven." That is, the idea that the Japanese store is merely one of the markets on the earth should be taken. The Japanese major electronics clubs made the same mistake that American rivals made about a half century ago. History repeats itself.

Japanese School Girls

Suppose you have three beer bottles before you. It is easy to count them in English. You can simply say "one bottle," "two bottles," and "three bottles." In Japanese, however, the story is rather complicated. You have to say "ippon, "nihon," and "sanbon." You cannot say "ippon", "nipon," and "sanpon." Likewise, you cannot say "ichibon", "nibon," and "sanbon," either. And you cannot say "ichihon," "nihon," and "sanhon," either. This is rather hard for a foreigner to understand. An elementary school boy was given a test that asked him to sass how to read six calendar dates precisely.

He wrote "A New Year" for January 1 instead of how to read it positively in Japanese. He added wrote "Keeping you warm by stretching your legs under a cotatsu (Japanese foot warmer)" for February 2, "A trail overshadowed by young leaves of the tree" for June 6, "The Milky Way" for July 7, "Summer vacation" for August 8, and "Looking transmit to a New Year." What remarkable answers they are! In particular, the "A trail overshadowed by young leaves of the tree" for June 6 is truly excellent, given the fact he is an elementary school boy. His trainer told the boy that he misinterpreted the questions and that none of his answers was correct. His awfully remarkable answers earned full marks in the real world, though none of them was strict from the scholastic viewpoint. Elementary boys and girls will learn soon or later how to read calendar dates positively in their communications with friends.

The most prominent discipline of a trainer is the capability to fabricate the imagination that the boy showed. Imagination is the extreme competing edge, and innovation comes from imagination. The hereafter of the Japanese business totally depends on boys and girls full of imagination.

Imagination Is The extreme competing Edge

To Each Her Own This series is, in short, the everyday life of three young Japanese girls, and their experiences through high school. We follow our main four characters, Konata Izumi, Kagami Hiiragi, Tsukasa Hiiragi, and Miyuki Takara, as they go through all three years of high school. This slice of life/comedy is nothing special for anyone who can't enjoy relaxed humor, but with constant comedic references to current popular anime like Full Metal Panic!, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and even a little Sgt. Frog, it's a must-see for all fans who can enjoy an anime that expresses laid-back humor in a down-to-earth way (most of the time). Sorry for bad quality BTW there are three parts to this episode I do not own anything all copyrights belong to their owners

North Korea's Hand Has Been Reaching Japan For Over 30 Years

Sado is an isolated island like any other island. It is so plainly due to its remoteness. But for a quirky turn of events it becomes a part of world event and espionage. Following is the first half of the story. Enjoy and hope you can leave me a feedback. Thank you.

Sado island

Japanese School Girls

It is a modest island. As far as an island goes, it is not small nor large. Only fame to its existence is its gold mine. Convict labor worked that mine 100s of years ago. A mountain where the mine is placed is cut in two right in the middle with a wedge shaped trough practically all the way down to the ground level. All by human power.

We take a ferry to that island. Just a few hours choppy ride. Summer sun is sharp sufficient but over on open ocean, sunshine is even brighter. Regularly there is an expectation when we step on a boat that takes us to a remote island for a tour but we know there isn't much to see at all and most recreation we can have is finding for a good eat that we can have on the mainland anyway. Our spirit is listless and finding for a way out. The whole traveler industries on the island are busy drumming up, more like development it up, merits of arrival to the island. It's gotten so intense that their tone of wanting you to come is practically badgering. All souvenirs have a feel of a copy of some other place or hastily cooked up trinkets. By the time we get to the island's port, we are already worn out a bit and weary. A ferry ride takes up a good chunk of the morning and ride back takes about the same so we don't have time left to do much if we go back to the mainland on the same day.

A whole point of even arrival to this island is competitive then. We are staying the night. It's only a night stay and the island's closeness to our home town makes us feel we haven't left our home. We didn't pack anyone for the trip. Without securing a hotel room, we start to look for a restaurant. It's lunch time. We have to make this trip worthwhile. We look for eats that we can't have on the mainland. But,.... Seafood? Our home town is a port town. We can have freshly fried, grilled, poached fish of all kind and shellfish, too, without arrival here. After finding over few restaurant's entries made in wax and plastic displayed in a window case for patrons to see - they look de facto lifelike, you can smell them - we rule it is worthless to look for something indigenous and keep finding only adds to our miserable feeling. We rule in the nearest bistro and order anyone we want. We don't even talk over what's good to eat.

We focus on gabbing and try to shake off this let down and saving this trip. As we gab, it seems just an ordinary afternoon at home, except our surroundings. New place and different locale are sharp in itself to young habitancy since they haven't had a opening to speculation out but we are a lot mature, extra mature some might say. More we gab, more we notice the unfamiliar scene nearby us and this makes us uneasy and uncomfortable. Casual gabbing among friends and new locale don't mix. We are drawn to scenes nearby and outside. Coastal scenery is delightful sufficient but staring at it for two minutes we have seen plenty. Sea rapping and rocks jutting out of it and trees on top don't, can't seep down into our person deep enough, not today. As we grow older with keen mind that hasn't gone senile, we are interested in bustle and hustle of people's lives and what come out of it, not scenery. See the possibilities of other lives than our own and appreciate them is amusing and entertaining. Lure of the gold mine, slave labors toiled in harsh conditions that's what we came here to see. But my companion, she had been here before and when you see a particular traveler haunt, you have seen it. You are filled with memories of that trip that predictably makes you recoil with the understanding of going back to the same traveler destination. She came here because of me. This trip is a chore for her.

"So, what do you want to do? Find a hotel? Or take a bus trip to the gold mine this afternoon?" She asks me.

"I don't know. I am not in a good mind right now to take a tour. I am disappointed in good eats already." I think about what to do a bit more but it's like not having sufficient sleep. "Do you have anyone you want to do this afternoon?"

"No,... I don't want to spoil your fun."

"No, tell me. What's on your mind? I sure can't think of anything."

"Well, it's you who is insisting now. O.k.? I want to go back tomorrow morning instead of afternoon. That's all I am thinking."... "Ah, don't scrunch your face. We are here so we are going to have fun. Right?... We can stay an extra day if you want. I don't mind it."

"An extra day? What are we going to do? We can't even think of what to do for this afternoon."

Lure of gold mine is a bit tarnished. ("An image of gold tarnishing? Ah, it's fake gold.") The museum and all exhibits related with this island and the gold mine are rather traveler exhibits. Historical details are preserved as much but schoraly pedigree doesn't de facto exist in those exhibits. I was looking, hoping for a revelation among those traveler exhibits. There must be something that tells me even in those glossed over and sanitized displays a vein and a layer of something that can make me feel, associate with what was there in real life. Standing in the actual location would de facto help to conjure up images of their lives on this island and in the darkness of the gold mine. We rule on taking a tour in the morning. Now we have to find a hotel and hunt for semi hidden seats in a bistro so we can peck at foods and drink very gradually to whittle away the long early evening. We would like to reconsider it an early evening instead of late, or rather mid afternoon.

The morning is clear, just like yesterday. The tour bus is taking us into a mountain road on a taller mountain peek of two peeks on this island. This is an additional one traveler shtick. Since there is only few of note on this island we might as well go through a higher mountain peek to get to the gold mine. Coast line tour is also available but we chose the mountain route. We have seen sufficient of coast line. We have seen sufficient of mountain scenes, too. The mainland is nothing but coasts and mountains. Going up is uneventful. It is a lazy level away with few turns.... On the way down the mountain I start to hear squeal of tires and I am jostled. And frequency of squeals are increasing. The tour guide is telling us how many accidents there were last year on this mountain road. I look over the edge of the road and notice a steep drop. I can't see the bottom. If we fall, we are done for.

("Is this an additional one traveler shtick?... I don't need a scary ride in the morning like this.") I practically yell out to the bus driver to slow down. But my excessive pride keeps my mouth shut. For every squeal of tires there is a jostle. A jostle to the right, to the window of the bus, I am practically thrown over the edge of the road. A jostle to my left, to my napping companion, I am faced with a concrete retaining wall on the side of the mountain. If the driver loses his control and slip over the edge of the road - some places there are no guardrails - we are finished. If the driver loses his control and hit that retaining wall we would bounce off the wall at this speed and go over the edge of the road. This is a safe trip to the end or else. There doesn't seem to be anyone in-between. A minor accident? That would be too modest of a tour.

We make it. We passed the winding mountain road. The gold mine isn't far now. The tour guide is talking about the mine.

"The Spanish ships could only make 1 or 2 trips a year from America but we could make many trips to China....... "

What? Spanish? What do they have to do with this gold mine? I wish I was listening more. I all the time understanding this island was isolated from the rest of the country, much less the rest of the world.

"It was in the 1500s. The local lord, who also was in charge of this island, didn't like the foreign affect over the East Asia. At the time Spanish were trying to ship silver mined in Central and South America to China for a profit. The lord decided to rump up the output of gold here. Silver was carefully to be the byproduct of gold mining but nevertheless produced in plenty along with gold. He shipped those silver to China. All he could produce. Connoisseur of silver in China became so much that they stopped minting them into coins. They would have lost money trying to make coins out of silver at the time. They passed nearby the silver ingot as their currency instead. You can see a mold of those silver ingot here at this mine. They are the same shape as the ingot Chinese traded with for a time."...

"Boy, they spin tails to impress you."

"Oh, you are awake."... "I don't think she is weaving tales."

"I know you are going through some kind of soul searching. But, don't get hooked into believing wild tales. I don't like to see you like that." She yawns and stretches her arms out over her head. "Along with the mountain road we just took, the tour business have to sell their tour. Isn't the story a bit inflated? There is nothing about it in the tour brochure."

That's true. I only skimmed through our brochure and it is very genial and cordial catalogue of the tour. There is nothing, no revolutionary story in it. They went through pain to take anyone like that out of it. No, I want to keep my interest going, now that I found some of it. I get myself excited, finding a way to saving time and exertion we spent already on this trip. "I know Chinese passed nearby silver ingots as their currency, not coins for a time.... It's a preponderant anecdote in history of how badly they managed their economy. It's true, too, it was more costly to mint coins than coins made out of those silver. It was that bad, you know." I trail off to a whisper. I had to admit I didn't know much beyond that.... "Let's go see the mold of those silver ingot. Right? We don't have to pass any judgement on what she said, true or false. This trip is for fun. Let's have fun." ("I am interested.")

"When you are happy, I am happy." She turns her face to look at me. ("Thank heavens, she still likes me. She shows no sign of disdain.")

I spend rest of the trip to the mine in a haze. My mind is filled with the understanding of the lord who set out to oppose Spanish all on his own, and succeeded in some respect. Spanish, the Spanish Crown was going through bankruptcy one after another, true. Even without this local lord's meddling in their money development plans, they would have gone bankrupt yet again.

Finally we are at the gold mine. Its entrance is made like those of samurai estate. A wall, not a part of the building, more than 2 meters high with white stucco finish stretching in both ways and tile roofed entryway in front of you. Strange entrance to gold mine. With this type of presentation this mine is not producing now for sure. Everything is for show. I see the mold for silver ingot. It is just placed among other items used for mining and smelting. No special placard to elaborate its significance. Only if I can look at the silver ingot Chinese were passing nearby and correlate them, having them both in my hands, I can rest easy without this nagging,... Nagging to find a meaning to this lord's life. Larger than life, really. He didn't just lived and died. He made a difference, even a puny bit. I am craving for that kind of life. And here is a girl, young sufficient to be a girl, being a tour bus guide telling us this story.

After the gold mine it's a shorter trip to the history museum and we have a break. Stretching my legs some more and sipping green tea freshen me up. I start to look for that girl. I head for the bus parked in the museum's parking lot. Yes, she is there. She is cleaning the bus for us. I don't want to seem like a come-on trying to talk to her, with her being so young and all.

"Hi, can I ask you about the story you were telling? About the Spanish and their affect here in Asia and the lord who tried to head off that influence. I saw the mold for the silver ingot on display and they look nothing like I have ever seen, triangle trough shaped and all. How do you know all that?" I say that in a quick one breath speech. I look for a "I don't want to be bothered" sign from her. No, she is fluttered. She is beginning to smile.

"About that. Are you complaining?"

That's a strange thing to say. "No, I am not complaining. What makes you say something like that?"

"I had habitancy who didn't want to listen to a made up story. So, they understanding that's what I was doing."

"Was that a made up story?"

"No, I don't go nearby telling lies to my customers. I get fired if I did something like that. They didn't like things out of ordinary. The story I told isn't in the brochure.... But, my business boss let me tell it anyway. I convinced him and the rest of habitancy at the company."

("She has a story of her own here. That's interesting. Two stories.") "Why do you rule to tell the story? And how did you find out about it? I betcha it isn't there waiting for person to look at it."

She looks nearby the inside of the bus and sits down in the driver's seat. She extends her hand to request for retrial me to a passenger seat over the aisle. I step up one last step into the bus and sit down, facing her. ("Ooh, this is kind of intimate, isn't it? If I am not attached, I will ask her out. I don't care about the age difference.")

She smiles and her smile beams wider and wider. "I saw an exhibit at the local library. You know, traveling exhibits that come and go. There were documents, papers and journals of the lord who ruled this island. This island used to be a penal colony and you know what habitancy say about us living here. Descendants of thieves and all that. It's not true, of course. We have nothing to do with things that happened so many years ago. My family didn't come here until recently. habitancy say that because there is de facto not much here and you have to be some kind of outcast to even want to be here. That's what habitancy say. Some part of it is true but not all of it."

"Were you born here?"

"Yes,... And I grew up here... And noticed habitancy from the mainland look at us in a peculiar way. They come here to tour a penal island of yesterday. That's their mind set. They associate their idea of penal island to us living here today.... When I saw the papers I had to read it and find out how things were. How habitancy lived. And mostly how they died as convicts, most of them. When the shogunate wanted more hands to mine gold, they picked up habitancy for a smallest of offenses. Even a jaywalking would have gotten you here for a time. But, that was in 1600s. The papers and journals were written in 1500s. He talked about how he didn't care for Europeans to come here and have an affect over the commerce and have a say and power over habitancy living here. Maybe changing how they lived and they wouldn't have a control on how that convert might be. So, he found out what Europeans were up to and decided to head off their plans. He shipped quite a bit of silver to China at much cheaper price, undercutting Europeans. They went bankrupt, didn't they?"

"Yeah, but they went bankrupt so many times that you couldn't Maybe tell if shipping all that silver had an effect, could you?"

"It had to have some kind of effect. Ships they used to vehicle silver from America were repossessed. Captains of those ships didn't want to turn the ship over back to Europe, demanding that they get paid before they turned the ships over. I don't think it was a coincidence."

"... Yeah. That's right. That's in the history book, isn't it?... Wow, you looked,... Researched all that.... You know... I think you are right. Things kind of fit like a jigsaw puzzle. Maybe not all the bankruptcy they had but one, he did have an effect. Well, for a time at least, you know. Europeans overran us anyway later."

"Ha ha ha. Yes, I know. But, he lived and made his mark, I think. All on his own, too. And this island had a part in it. I think that makes habitancy lived and worked on the mine had a part in it, too." She has a very nonchalant smile on her face now. It is a smile of satisfaction.

("Wow, how spectacular, to be young. She is radiating.")... "Yeah. That's a good story.... You know I came here to look at how those miners lived and died here. I can add your story to my memory.... Is there any opening your story will get into our history books? I think it's worth at least a footnote, if not outright paragraph there."

When she hears me say that she looks away from me a puny and takes a slow deep breath and lean back in the driver's seat. Her smile turns into a scrunch of dismay for a second and disappear.

"I talked to local school teachers and college professors on the mainland but they seem too busy to care about what I have to say. I got tired of it and I stopped."

"That's too bad. I don't think it is that difficult to look over the papers and confirm your point. You have done the most of the work already. All they have to do is spend their time to write postulating papers and submit them to a publication.... Maybe, that's what makes them hesitant. They want their own customary ideas on their papers, mostly. I am a writer. I know those things. In this case, you would be the primary instigator and they would just be scribes. On top of that they would be rocking the boat of establishment a little. These things don't get placed right away. It takes a protracted back-and-forth argument. It seems hardly worthwhile to them, I guess. If they are to take the whole reputation for their effort, that will give them a motivation to work on it.... See, I can get into their head. I am a writer. I think what you found out is right on worth a mention in a history book."

"I never understanding of it like that.... You know, I was disappointed at first, but my boss told me I can tell my story to our customers. I decided I would be happy with it.... But, they don't seem to welcome anyone that is not in the brochure. And I was,... Am beginning to drop the whole thing and forget about it." finding her shoulders slump down practically nothing but I can notice they did.

("Oh, I can't let her down like this because I let her talk to me.")... "Yeah, habitancy who take a tour don't want to think and much less don't want to start an discussion over what is real and what isn't, especially over things they come here to see. They are just finding for a neat box they can stomach and spend their time away. But a guy like me come nearby every now and then and listen to your story. One out of a hundred isn't bad."

She just looks at the floor of the bus for awhile.... "I guess you are right.... I am glad I talked with you." Her smile is back on her face now.

("I am glad to see your smile, too.") I say quick "see you later on the bus" and start off to find my partner. If she sees me chatting with that young girl with a grin on my face, I don't know what she will do to me. She is in the museum's cafeteria, sipping green tea. She sees me come in and gives me a - found a missing person - look.

"I was talking to the bus guide about her story. You know about the local lord who shipped silver to China." I take a seat next to her. I try to avoid facing her over from the table. I feel my face will betray me and I want to keep grinning a puny longer.

"You enjoyed her company."... ("Ooh, she is too sensitive.")... "What did you find out?"

"Yeah, she went through quite a bit. There are old papers written by the local lord way back. She read them in the library when these papers were exhibited. What she said is genuine I think. I trust her. She couldn't get habitancy interested and take notice of these paper's significance though. She ended up telling the story to her tour bus customers, like us."

"What significance?... Spanish bankruptcy? That's the only thing big sufficient to take your notice, right?"

"No, no. Not that. Spanish were going through bankruptcy like going to an amusement park back then. No. I mean the local lord's intent on standing in the way of Europeans encroaching in East Asia. All on his own, I may add. He didn't like what he saw and he went out to thwart their plan by dumping silver to China. You know, we came here to see the gold mine, right? And we find a story about silver produced in the very same mine. This trip turned out to be worthwhile. I think I write an article on this."

"Silver? In the gold mine?... Huh,... I know a story about miners in California, who buried silver expecting it to turn into gold."

("Hu,... She is not interested in what I have to say. Her understanding is wandering.") I give a sideway peek at her. No hint of sarcasm. "You know why they buried silver back in the ground? Often times, silver is found along gold in the same vein. That's why they understanding if they bury silver and wait, it will come to be gold.... No, no. That's not it. Weren't you listening?"

"I am not a writer. Your line of mental is not easy to consequent for me. You are all the time finding for a hidden speck of a story. I only see obvious." She gives a big yawn. And raising her arms high in the air, arching her back.

("Oh, she yawns a lot.") "Well, I guess that's what I like about you. If you are like me, I don't think our relationship can last." I look at her with a side way see again and see her staring at me.

"Just spill. Do you know why I like you? With you, I don't have to go out to find a human side of life. You do it for me. And I can't stop you from telling me about it."

"... I don't want to argue again. O.k.?... I understanding we had an comprehension on this. You keep your scientist's attitude and I won't encroach on it. You let me keep my writer's mind, right?"

"...." She doesn't say anything, just staying still and finding toward me gradually then she moves her gaze away from me and start to look at her surroundings in the cafeteria.

"Sorry.... You know, I think I have an inferiority complex.... What you do can make a discrepancy in this world. What I do is only words no matter how hard I try at it. I can't convert that." I turn toward her and look at her straight.

Now she is the one glancing at me with her side way look. "I am interested. I yawned because I am interested. My brain needed more oxygen to listen to you and I am not going to pamper you. Just tell me the rest of the story." She gives me a side way see again.

"Fyi, I don't need to be pampered. I am proud of what I have done and I will keep doing what I do.... Well, kind of.... Yeah, sorry. I hate myself when I am like this."... "Yeah. Right. I am thinking,... You saw the mold for silver ingot on the display in the museum. That's the shape of the ingot Chinese used to pass nearby their silver was in. The ingots they passed nearby came from this gold mine. This local lord contributed to their hyperinflation.... No. The point is he had an affect in the world affairs even though he was just a local lord here. That's what impressed her. That's the center of the story.... Well, it's not cut and dry. I can't attribute how much affect he had though. Chinese mismanagement of their cheaper at the time is a folklore. And Spanish story of their bankruptcies are kind of well told story, too. But, Chinese were passing nearby his, this local lord's silver ingot and Spanish had a issue getting their ships back from pacific. Some captains of those ships refusing to hand over their ships unless they get paid their due is in the history book, too.... I just have to weave a story nearby them, I think."

"I don't remember reading that in a school history book."

"Yeah, that's exactly it. This story may be a footnote but worth being told. Only person like her trying to find a value of her existence on this island can associate things." I am pumped up. A buildings of my article is gelling in my head.

The Tv in the bistro turned to a bulletin. It is breaking into a story of Japanese abductees who were kidnapped by North Korean agents back in 1970s and 80s. It is telling a tale of an American deserter in North Korea, Mr. Jenkins.... "... He is married to a Japanese woman who was kidnapped from Sado island with her mom in 1978. They have children... "

"What?... Sado island... Is this Sado island, right?" I look at her in amazement listening to the news on Tv.

"Is there an additional one Sado island here in Japan. Of course, it's this Sado island. Wow, I can't dream being kidnapped at such young age. She was just a teen ager." everyone in the bistro is mesmerized of how extra ordinary the arc of the news are and this very island is a part of that news.

News of kidnapped women are on the lips of tourists on the bus for the rest of the tour. No one paid much attentiveness to anyone any more.

Months later.

"Come. Watch this. Abductees are here. They landed at Narita." She is calling out to me. I am fixing snacks in our kitchen. I drop Everything and scamper over to our living room. The airplane is taxing and about to park at the terminal.

I am glued to the Tv showing the plane just sharp gradually about. "So, they are on that plane. I wonder how they are feeling arrival back to their birth place after so many decades. You know most of them spent more of their years over in North Korea than years they spent here."

She takes her eyes off Tv and looks at me. "Fix me some snack. It will be some time before they disembark. And I want some tea." She gives me her meek, pleading look. I all the time have to do what she wants when she gives me that look.

"Yeah. I am practically done with development snacks. I boil water for tea." I walk back toward the kitchen. "Jenkins-san isn't on that plane, right? Just 5 abductees arrival home?"
